Cool, what was she like getting her together? I've got about 5 of them and I'm a bit hesitant to start because I've heard of bad fit issues.

Honestly, I started this kit six years ago and it took over a year. No real fit issues, but for whatever reason, I just lost my mojo in the middle of the build and it sat for over a year until I came back and finished it. I had painted it blue/black and put it on the shelf. I recently decided to revisit it and painted it this theme, which is based on a pattern from Red Flag a few years back. I can't really say how the build was, I stopped in the middle of it, but it wasn't because of the kit, I just all of a sudden lost my drive to build any models and didn't build any for about three years. That being said, I have never found a kit that was so bad that I didn't want to do the build. I am not a picky person, LOL.

Thanks for your story, I'll have to revaluate my thoughts about the kit and get into one sooner rather than later. I just love the look of this beastly bird.😄
