Whitemetal and Resin workout

This kit is older than me... And it shows... So why build it? Well I can't sell it, because well... let's say it isn't up-to today standards. It should resemble a SD.Kfz. 231 6 Rad, but there is no coming close to any dimension or drawing available. With some (more like a lot of) imagination the wheels could resemble a Magirus made versions of the vehicle but the fenders don't match.

First I thought of trying to update and scratchbuild some of the details but It would be more of a scratchbuild vehicle if I want it to come close to anything that ever existed in real life. So it's a good practice run to work on resin and whitemetal, and the vehicle is easily available in better quality with a lot less work If I want to achieve historic accuracy.

John Tassel made the master for this vehicle and I think with the resources available at that time he did a good job. It looks like a fun build and that is what matters to me.
