Thanks JV! To be honest, about half of these were built in the early 90's (Tu-95, Mil-28, F-117A, Mig-29, A-10A, F-16C, F-15C). I hope to finish building out my 1/144 stash this year 😃

No worries, mate! For me it was 2019 when I finally got around to breaking open the stash - 9 years after I retired! Started with the 1/200 scale and leaving the 1/48 & 1/32 until last. Only 160 to go, so if I can manage 15 builds or so per year that gives me another ten years to build out the stash 🤞🤞

The book by Tom Clancy is what got me back into modeling, so the majority of these kits were bought in the late 80's when the USSR was still the Big Bad Bear to the East. Traditionally, I had always built in 1:72, but the Mig-29 model which was the first purchase was in 1:144 and when I saw how good (for that era) the detailing and decals were I just carried on.

Of course, the BUFF & BEAR are in 1:200, always Dragon kits.
