The tires are made of vinyl. They are (in my opinion) not bad, but they don't show any signs of load, i.e. they are perfectly round. I wanted to try a new way to make sagged wheels. So first, I cut the wheels in the center line for a length of approx. 2 cm, then I took a part of plastic sheet (1mm thick, 1 cm long and 3 mm wide) an glued it in the Slot using CA. The plastic sheet slightly widens the tire. Once the glue was dry, I could sand the lower part of the tires with a file. Not much grinding was necessary, just a little bit so the tire touches the underground not only in one point but on a certain plane.
The effect is very subtle, but visible.
