Schützenpanzer Puma - BW

Album image #1
Starting with the tracks; the manual is printed on an extra paper

Album image #2
Track links with thin structure; I was afraid whether it will break...

Album image #3
...thanks to the smart sprue attachement: the parts just slide to the side instead of crack

Album image #4
Each track has 71 elements; each track element consists of three parts -> 2 x 71 x 3 = 426 parts. It took me a couple of hours to cut and clean them

Album image #5
The track construction ist fairly easy. First the rubber pad side is laid down on the construction aid.

Album image #6
Second the track links are laid in the recesses. ATTENTION: the track links have an outer (detailed) and inner (not detailed) end.

Album image #7
Third the top track parts must be carefully glued in place.

Album image #8
Here you can see the detailed outer end of the track links (all must be orientated to one side)

Album image #9
Finished and flexible!

Album image #10
Preparation for the traveling gear starts. These are (almost) all parts for one side (there should be six wheels)

Album image #11
The parts fit very well.

Album image #12
Travelling gear attached to the lower hull

Album image #13
Parts fort both hull sides

Album image #14
Side armour finished

Album image #15
View of the top hull, somme drill work is needed to attach the rubber mats.

Album image #16
detail view of the body, nice anti-slip surface

Nice work, Andreas. I have this one in the stash, so it's nice (and daunting!) to see how well the tracks go together! 👍

Yes Nigel, it's a real joy to build this kit.
