The Czech youth magazine ABC played a big role in attracting me to the hobby. Occasionally an issue included a monograph of a scale modeling subject, including planes, tanks, cars and ships. The “Creep”, a P-61A of the 425th night fighter squadron, was a topic of one such monograph. I recall loving the twin-boom design, the invasion stripes, and the “Creep” logo right away. Although this particular machine was not well represented in my research, I did have a good frontal photo and managed to find the decals for the “Creep” from Microscale.
