Yes it is. But I'am didn't seen series for now. That from novel "The Terror" of Dan Simmons for me.

I saw the series and ... how to say: it started good and went thrilling from Episode to Episode. I think it was around the half of the series, when it was on it's peak. Then it was just boring for me. I always was awaiting for another kind of action. Like the Walking dead. There were Episodes boring like hell before it got drive again.

That is my opinion - not to say, it is bad! You have to see it and build your own opinion 😉 The interessting thing around it is the story itself. That is it, why I watched it until the end. It is well made to get an imagination, what they went throu.

I likes the way they used historical props and mannerisms that made the show come to life, the creature was a bit off, but it was imaginative on how they disposed of the beast.
