The base color is done. Silver. Funny, isn't it? I know, it looks strange and when I painted it, it felt strange too. But to follow my concept, it has to be silver as usual 😉

Album info

I have planed to have a couple of SILVER (Chevrolet) Corvette in my shelf. So I started the Project "My silver Corvette Collection".

I know, that the C1 of 1953 up to 1956 was never available in silver. But who cares? For my Project it is important to follow the design, not historical correctness. The only compromisse I'll give on that is a red interior.

It's necessary / important for me, to have all my Corvette in silver.

And nevertheless: modelling is fun and sometimes it doesn't have to be 100% original.
