Sword BAC/EE Lightning T Mk.5

Album image #1
I found that there was an unacceptable gap between the wing and the fuselage. The gap was worse on the port wing due to the body being pinched.

Album image #2
I had to resort to my engineering craft trade skills to solve the problem - Mark out for drilling a hole

Album image #3
Choose a 3.3mm drill for tapping an M4 thread

Album image #4
Tap M4 thread

Album image #5
Fully insert a 4mm screw and jack out the fuselage side until the gap disappears

Album image #6
Cut the screw after measuring the remaining protrusion

Album image #7
fit the screw until its under flush

Album image #8
The result is a smaller gap. not perfect because the jacking screw is too far forward from the largest gap but its not possible to fit it there due to the wing insertion lug
