This is My Take on the Trumpeter&HobbyBoss 1/48 Mig-15UTi. i chose to make mine a little less Russian than normal, and ended up with a African Livery. Back in 1965 Uganda purchased 2 mig-15 UTI and 4 Mig17 from The soviet union. U6006 was the second Mig-15UTI that was added to the Uganda Air force Inventory, and was stationed at Entebbe air base/Airport on the shore of Lake Victoria, not too far from Kampala. The readon for the unusual livery is that Israel helped Uganda establish their Air force, and as a result of this The forst Camo liveries of the Ugandan planes were More or less the same as the Israeli Camo of the period. Paints and weathering products used are from AMMO by Mig Jimenez. Glues from COLLE 21.
