Thanks Julian. I forgot to upload the original vehicle, which I just did.
You mean an ambulance of the Army, from the same period? If that so, yes, OD with various markings (differences between those vehicles right after WWII that Greece received from the US from the Marshall Plan, and mid to late 50's)
