So thats why they have placed that large rudder back there. Because the lack of the tail rotor.

Interesting machine, Torben! Was it a paper-project or did it exist?
@Es-haq: That thing has 2 main rotors. So it doesn't need a tail-rotor.

It did really exist. Trials were made to use them as reconnaissance helicopters aboart ships.
About twenty of them were finished at the end of the war.
Frank is right. Because of the counter-rotating rotors no torque on the nacelle occurred.
