As for why I choose to paint the Tiger with blue and yellow stripes. I did so in homage to the Swedish slogan "En Svensk Tiger" during WWII. The meaning of the slogan is double in the a Swede is a tiger as well as a Swede keeps his mouth shut. Tiger means both the animal itself in Swedish as well as present tense of the verb tiga ("to keep silent").
