Uih! I want to see that! The same kit is also in my stash😉 I want to build it, but not very soon, since I have done a Eduard D.VII recently. Nice kit, I find only the struts fiddly. And I would recommend Aviattic decal, but I guess you know that from my reports.

Hello! I am looking forward to the upcoming experiences. Thanks for the tips with the decals, but I will stay this time with the "Seven Swabians", is really a nice "special paint"

Oops, sorry, my communication fault! Of course you should do the "Seven Swabians"! The markings (the swabians, crosses etc) are printed by Cartograf and are great! I recommended only to replace the Eduard printed lozenge decals (with strange colors) by Aviattic. The rib tapes can be used as printed by Eduard, as also recommend by Aviattic.
I always checking WNW for information (even if I do only the smaller scale), here you can see the WNW interpretation. I see a difference on the back, the antlers are yellow:

The PDF manual with orig pictures can be found here:
wingnutwings.com/ww/..kkers%20part%204.pdf
Accrording to WNW and Eduard you will need 4 color lozenge (clear decal paper, the white ones are for rib tapes).

Very interesting! This is very relevant information for me, you have really helped me and inspired the project. I think I will look at "Aviattic"! By the way, it's quite a nice site, which I personally didn't know before.

Ok, as WingNutWing seems to be dead (all the kit developers are fired) you should download all needed.
I will use this sheet on mine : 4 colour "lozenge" full patt..es (Aviattic ATT48001, 1:48)
The faded one is also an option: 4 colour "lozenge" full patt..es (Aviattic ATT48002, 1:48)
The stripes are like the original "Stoffbahnen", for application you can visit the build album of my Leusch Fokker, that one used 5 colors but the application method was the same.
