Vietnam War

It true to say that those of a certain generation have a morbid fascination with the Vietnam War. Fought during a period of major political, social and economic change, by a superpower with unlimited military hardware against a determined and ultra resilient foe through the jungles and swamps of distant exotic land. It’s the perfect cocktail for both Hollywood and a certain generation of scale modellers.

This collection of projects kicked off during the 2020 Covid pandemic lockdown with Italeri’s Operation Silver Bayonet and concludes 3 years later with my ISCA Model Club’s group build.
