A legend of the Autrian Armed Forces: A Relic of the Cold War, partly still in Service, but in other configurations...
Nearly 500 units were produced, from relieve vehicles, mortar carriers, troop carriers, communication-, artillery spotting and other variants...
There was a kit in VACU, not really correct, so i had to build it all myself...and it became the last vehicle i commanded when i was in active service...
Maybe something could be done better, but i like the model how it turned out...
I had an old set of roadwheels, took tracks for the M109 Diehl-Pattern from AFV, the rest is all Scratch-Built...ok, i used some Resin-Tools and so on,...
Will make better photos soon...just made some shots with my Mobile Phone.
And: Yes, it will get some color...classic green/brown/black camouflage pattern of the Autrian Armed Forces, correct tactical markings as applied on my tank i commanded...
For information: I had an Anti Tank Group under my command equipped with anti-tank-system 2000 Bill...2 starters on 2 tanks, in total 10 men an a lot of equipment...but had a fantastic time...fired 2 live rounds with my group (each worth some 35.000 Euros) and had a lot of fun with my young recruits serving their time...

Teaser-phot was taken 2003 in Allentsteig in Austria, the largest training ground of the Austrian Armed Forces...all of the guys excluded myself are recruits in their last month of their 8-month-service, the driver was taking the photo...
Information to build: Have a lot of original photos, a chance to take measurements on an original vehicle, the VACU-Model-Kit (OMFG!!! what a pile of crap) and personal memories...i have to commit i have a difference of 2 mm in width and 3 Millimeters in length...
