Military M1009 Series look alike

Album image #1
Most of the parts of the two kits I will be using.

Album image #2
Getting some primer on!

Album image #3
Had to hurry up and get the parts sprayed before the temperature dropped too much! LOL Got in a hurry and got a couple of runs but it's just primer.

Album image #4
Got the body and interior mostly painted. Sucks have to wait 'til it warms up enough outside but my spray booth is inop at the moment.

Album image #5
Had a gnarly head cold the last few days. Wasn't able to get much done but got everything painted up, except for some minor touch ups & a few exterior bits!

I think we used to call that a C-10 or K-10 (civilian use) it's got dual batteries...diesel?
Will be nice to watch it come together

@Chris P. - yes, they had the small V-8 Diesel in them that was the starting point of the engine that AM General put in the HMMWV. And the kit does include the two batteries! :-D

@Bob H. - sounds like fun!👍

Album info

Since I can't afford the Resin CUCV (in ANY scale!) I am going to make a look alike for a Military GB on HLI. Photo image is of most of the Motor Pool back in my Marine Corps dayz in 1985.
