Cockpit waiting for installation. My first time trying Eduard Super Fabric seat belts. Very pleased with the ease of use and the results.

It's finally in! I had a lot of trouble getting this to fit and I'm not sure why. Every dry fit I attempted resulted in not getting the instrument panel in place. I was shaving down everything I could think without losing any of the detail.

In a better light this time. I finally asked fellow member Tim, who had already completed this kit, if he had the same issues. When he said no and had pictures to prove it, I tried again and this time it worked!

I hadn't planned on installing the tail wheel already, but with the lack of locator pins on this kit, I realized that I would never get it to fit later. Also seen here are the extra windows that have been filled in, and the window shades on the one that do belong, made from painted cigarette foil.

Slow going on this as of late. Broke my airbrush, but used the new one for the undersides. Been taking a closer look at the kit decals between coats, and am getting more and more disappointed. Gonna be fishing through the spares bin a lot to get this finished...
