I used standard plaster of paris for the floor and cast the wall elements. With hindsight they were way to heavy and took ages to dry. Next time a frame and just an outer coating

Heres the Diorama drying

Album info
I will post here some of my first "fumblings" on starting and finishing the project. The first part is the Diorama .There will be some glaring mistakes and inaccuracies but I'm keen to fix, adjust and learn as I go along. I have not undertaken any scale modelling since 1999 so Im very rusty and also being introduced to many new techniques and supplies... I mean you can get pre made Asphalt now which has opened up the world for me.
