Test fitting the turntable to the base. Several coats of paint always make the fitting session a must!

The grey is AK True Colours. It's a lot darker than I expected, almost black.

Enthusuastic weathering lightens the grey colouring quite a bit.

That huge cardboard box is Soar Art's 1/35 Dora. I couldn't find anywhere else to put it!

I'm sure the ammo box should have had some stencils of some sort, but this kit comes without decals.

The two lifting lugs that stick out from the front of the carriage are not too good a fit. I lost count of the time I had to sitck them back on again.

i lost some of the soil pigment when I put the final matt varnish coat on. Must remember to mist it over the kit and not spray directly in future!
