Vallejo Artic Blue metallic Model-air paint is almost the perfect shade for R2. Maybe a little dark shade, but Metallic blues are not easy to come by. 

Major components after primary airbrushing, mix of Gloss & matt Tamiya X1 & XF1 to get correct sheen, almost 20ml of paint used!
