D-Day Display Kits for VFW Ship 4084

Bought off EBay with another LCT and a BUNCH of other Ships/Subs that were built/half built. Both were missing the ramp, rudders & props which I will have to make. Not going for hyper accuracy, just a decent looking depiction of one of the craft of D-Day! 

A bit of progress. Going to put a couple of figures in the pilothouse. 

Got most of the main parts cleaned up now. The Tamiya Surface Primer that I used on the pin marks didn't quite fill them in as much as I liked. I will probably sand those down in the AM and put in another coat. 

Got the main hull parts together now. Took some time to clean up the pin marks on the side but I think it was worth it. 

Got the windows in the pilot house filled with Testors Clear. Still have to fabricate a ramp, props & rudders, plus a few odds and ends.
