Aftermarket Parts: Eduard 73234 photo-etched set

When looking at the pictures, please keep in mind that this is only my third 1/72 aircraft in the past 10 years and the first that I have detailed with photo-etched parts.
After 65 hours, it is finished. The photo-etched parts really enhance the looks but are a real pain attaching some of the small ones.

I had my doubts at first about the paint scheme but after some research, the FS16440 is accurate.

The AIM-54 and AIM-7 are painted according to the kit instructions. The AIM-9 I altered from the kit instructions. All the missiles have the motor ends drilled out and painted accordingly.

There were some photo-etched parts added to all the wheel wells but I forgot to take the pictures. As for the kit supplied wheels, I tried heating and flattening to represent the weight on the wheels, but I flattened too much. I fixed the mistake with super glue and baking soda then filed and sanded back to round and a slight flat o
