This is the Eduard VIII, part of the 1/72 Aussie Eight boxing.
Initially I was only going to build one Hasegawa, but decided to do both of these as I could not decide which "one" to do!
I'm actually building 3 Mk VIII kits at the moment.
One "fix" for the Hasegawa VIII is to add the leading edge fuel tank. Just scribe the lines.
After priming, looks good.
I have quite a few instrument panel that I simply print and glue on.

Close up of the wing. I misted a new coat of white aluminum to tone down the dark aluminum. Much better.

Gordon SørensenThe NMF looks good so far, Tim! I usually just use a rattle can of Testors Silver, but I want to try panel shading.
Where did you get the Spit Instrument Panels? I used to have the 3D-Kits .pdf file, but can't seem to find it anymore...
