I'd like to give this a camouflage paintjob but I'm having a hard time deciding. Something similar to WWII German vehicle camo would be cool, but I'm limited by my airbrush skills. Any suggestions?

how about some of the large splinter camo Me109's used instead, 2 maybe 3 colours seeing as these Bots are supposed to fly 🙂
The undersides of any surfaces that have an underside could be the light blue whilst the remainder could be the grey/green, easy to mask up with all those straight lines etc. and would look cooool, especially with a bit of heavy weathering chipping etc 😄

Great idea Choppa. I never even thought about aircraft camo. I'll check it out.

Forgot to mention I already base coated it with desert tan.

good colour for colour modulation and dusty fades etc. so worry no longer about getting a perfectly even spray 🙂
Also check out Clifford Keesler neat trick of using felt tip pen to preshade the panel lines on his F111, simple and neat 🙂

I do like my sci fi though 🙂

Neat trick with the felt pen...I've done that with black colored pencils on my antigrav raider.
I've also learned not to worry too much about perfect finishes. At least not when I plan on any moderate to heavy weathering.
I've decided to just wing it with a standard tri-color pattern and hope for the best.

I am sure it will look cool 🙂
although I don't know what the standard tri-color pattern is, do you mean like a Me109 with the blue underside ?
I've always liked the yellow noses too, sets off the rest of the camo 🙂
anyhow, I shall follow with interest which ever way you go

Sorry Chop, I meant for German Armor. Dark Yellow, Green, and Brown. Sorry for the confusion.

Got tired of debating and decided to just wing it...and this is what happened.
