I did a similar paint scheme but I covered up the interior with a tarp...😛 ..Might I suggest tying down the track with thread to give them some "weight"? It improves the look greatly! 🙂

Great job on that old kit! Julian is spot on.... Every little detail enhances the finished product.

Actually i ve build a lot more tanks and also some planes. Some of the tanks have got weathered tracks. This one is planed to be placed on a diorama. At that time the tracks will be weathered with the right effects like mud ans snow.

A lot of rivet counters put this kit down - in reality both AFV and Dragons angles and dimensions aren't entirely accurate either - and Dragon still puts incorrect rear idlers on many of their halftracks! With a little work, it can look quite nice - although this "ausf" in riveted form is uncommon and early and so should always be painted panzer grey/whitewash. I used no aftermarket stuff on mine, just tied the tracks down, added railroad lenses for headlights which gives the illusion of an amazing kit (!) and some spare bits and bobs thrown on. With a half decent paint job it can still look quite good 🙂 I like the MG42 on the front btw😉
