M5-BZ
The panel lines on the head were in the wrong places for M5-BZ so were filled
Some modifications to the main eye surround
New panel lines scribed
White primer on all parts and some Alclad polished aluminium for metal parts
Lots of fine lines masked!
Another coat of primer to seal the masking
Sprayed green, masking removed and the sub-assemblies put together
Gloss coated and ready for weathering

A model of M5-BZ, one of the droids of D-Squad as seen in four episodes of Season 5 of the animated Clone Wars. M5-BZ is an R4 series droid but with differences to the head shape compared to the R4 droids seen in the movies. This model has been built by modifying the Bandai R4-I9 kit.
