Trade Federation Light Bomber

Album image #1
The original file was a single piece but I cut it into front and back halves to fit on my printer. The "eyes" were open space and here they have been filled with tinted clear resin , sanded flush and polished

The engine grill was empty - I glued in pieces of clear sheet and painted them with clear blue, which will be cover on the inside by silver to hopefully give a slight glowing effect

Album info

This is a 3D printed model of the Trade Federation Light Bomber, as seen in the Star Wares: Episode 1: Battle for Naboo video game. The model is printed from a file from Zarkus Model Kits and available on Thingiverse. The original files are scaled at 1/144 but I upscaled them to 1/72 - I only scaled them up by 165% however as at 200% it just looked too big compared to other 1/72 models.
