[Tamiya] Porsche 911 GT1 "Hutchison Telecom" -WIP
Washed and refined body color parts.
The rear cowl and hip parts were split, so I removed the attaching lines.
But it is splitted. 🙁
I was forced to carve the parting-line again.
To fit the tail lamp body, I fixed it with a tape and put it in the dryer for a day.
I painted it black surfacer to prevent light from penetrating.
and put a white surfacer over it...
and I painted gloss white.
I was suspicious of the condition of the decal.
I tested it with a piece and it was shattered.

Coated.
I put cutting line.
Attached the line decals. (and clear-coated)
Masked and I will paint dark blue.
and mask again. then painted black color.
Painted other remaining parts.
unmasked.
I really hate this result.
Fixed it.

Sanded.
Polished.

Painted with panel line accent.
Painted with paint brush.

I followed the instructions and started assembling.
There were a lot of parts to paint, which was a hassle, but it looks great once it's assembled.
The parts fit very well with no gaps.
The basic decals in the kit were cracked due to not using liquid decal film.
Fortunately, the tire decals were in good condition.
