Tiffy (not that one, *that* one)

Album image #1
Bath time for the two grey pointy things.

A teensy bit of after-market may have snuck in. A bit more support for ResKit 😉

Although I'm looking at the AMRAAMs now wondering if I can get some more patriotic Meteors (like I did on my Gripen) to go with the ASRAAMs...

Album image #3
You can tell it's an old kit (moulds are 30 years old, and there was me thinking the Typhoon was "new"... I'm just old!)... when the included paints are borked. 167, that'd be the main colour of the whole airframe!
Continues my recent run of luck really!

Album image #4
Pilot (not following instruction colours), seat, adding my own decals from spares for a bit of interest.

Album image #5
Nose weights (left) - 5g motorcycle wheel balance weight wouldn't fit in lower half, so gone high with that plus some fired lead air rifle pellets for good measure.

Album image #6
Antics mailorder to the rescue - 167 is like rocking horse manure, but they had some in the warehouse. Please be runny....

Album image #7
A quick stir later - yay, runny RAF barley grey 167!

Album image #8
Grumble, grumble, white paint, grumble.

Album image #9
Plodding along, expecting a sudden surge soon given all the prep work I've done now.

Album image #10
Assembly beginning.

Album image #11
She has a mouth (and a bifurcated septum).

Album image #12
Didn't do too bad a job on the engines.

Album image #13
Missiles a go-go!
AIM-120 AMRAAMs and AIM-132 ASRAAMs. No ordnance stripes in the kit so had to make do (hence the brown stripes are perhaps a tad to the red end of the spectrum).

Album image #14
All finished, despite the trail of disasters that made the plot of Armageddon seem uneventful. Magnetic stand too, just pops on and off.
