Reported as double, name changed from Platz (never heard of it) in Dragon. Even though producers-name and product number are different, box-art and the name of the product make it clear it's just a Dragon kit.

Correction on myself. Platz appears to be a Japanese producer, who has taken Dragon's kit, included a metal barrel, and distributed the kit under it's own name. Very confusing. Changed name back, but maybe we need some clarification (different boxart? mentioning of included barrel?)
