Geert Wouters Thx very much. Yes i have time. My youngest son is a "tanker" lover as he calls it. Must admit i like them too. I served with the 2e jagers te paard in the eighties. So i would like to build a leopard 1 belgian configuration of that time. Will need some advice on that however.
Thx 4 your help
Seems we served in the army the same time. I was tank commander and driving instructor with 4./Pz.Btl. 63, later 1./Pz.Btl. 63 in Arolsen from 1980 till 1992. In the beginning on Leopard 1, later on Leopard 2, but only as driving instructor. There were also Belgian troops with Scimitars and Scorpions in Arolsen, but I don't remember their troop signature.

Frank Krause Hi Tim, really, the world is small. Till when did you live there?

Tim Vereecke I didn't live in Arolsen, but it was the nearest school from Essentho (near Marsberg). When I was too old for the school in Arolsen I attended classes in Volkmarsen. I lived there from 1979 till 1993. My dad was part of 62A Hawk, stationed in Essentho/Korbach
