I started this model about 7 years ago, but never quite finished it. Time for some details! On another note, Finch 4407 was disposed of through RCAF #4 Maintenance Unit at Scoudouc, New Brunswick at the end of the war. My father was based there at the time and told me that there was a hangar just crammed full of these Finches, and that he used to sneak in at the end of each day and climb into the cockpits, and "Hangar Fly" them often. He very likely sat in this exact aircraft back then!

Tony MayThat's a great story about your personal connection to the Finch! You definitely did her justice too in that it's a NICE clean build. That Prop? You knocked it out of the park, my friend! I'm going to have to check your albums list to see if you have photos to help with producing similar results. I recently landed myself the Azur Finch which will be displayed with my Fleet Fort once both are complete, of course. I need to update my builds & finally put up some pics. I know this is REAL late, but I just wanted to send my compliments.
