That is quite strange to see not in red 🙂 Interessting. What was the issue with the head lights? I think they have to be glued in fron the inside, do they? This is basically a very good kit. I built it once but still have some in my shelf. When I remember right, it was kind a tricky to get the bumpers on the body. On this kit it wasn't possible to paint the body as one piece. I had issues at the front bumper. But anyway: that Camaro looks good.

Christian W you are correct about the bumper and headlight. I did try to paint the bumper attached and then tried to make the headlights work installing them from the front. I definitely realized my error when photographing the model. From my limited research blue was an option to the red for the anniversary edition. My theory is that if you want a model to turn out right you probably have to build two of them. The first one to figure it out and understand the meaning of the directions and the second one to do it right!

Very well described. I got this experience somehow with my built too (2002 Camaro SS | Project by christian-w (1:25)). On this I learned to read the instructions more careful than usual. Lesson learned.

Yours looks great in that nice bluemetallic. They decals fitting very good even better than of the red known example.
