F-104N NASA Testbed Plane

I always really liked the bare metal, colorful look of the NASA F-104s so I decided to start one. Was able to get it entered into IPMS Seattle and won an Honorable Mention. The decals I think ended up being the biggest detraction as well as some Issues with the metal finish as I dial that in. It seemed to be a crowd favorite though and had a bunch of people ask questions about how I built and painted it so that was really cool.
