A test with an old acrylic...too diluted ????

(Part 1/3) Comparing the sprue to a technical drawing it's easy to understand that the fin it's too small...So I add a styrene part.
(Part 2/3) Filling with putty...
(Part 3/3) Finishing with sanding paper and polish...
Some simple details
Model ready for a soap wash to remove sanding and polishing compound dust
I will realise the inner plane, based in Reims in 1937
Print Scale decals are very good, maybe a bit too thick but easy to be treated with Microscale liquids. The symbol is perfect !
My only doubt concerns the blue colour, that is maybe too clear?

Applying the landing gears is the most difficult step: there are no clear signs or guidelines
In display with my some others models.
Quite happy with the results...

CONs: some filling are not good...and the right landing gear is crooked...

Johan van Meerloodid you get rid of that yellowing of the decals with sunlight?
or did you use other ones?

Moreno Baruffini@Johan: I didn't use the decals from the kit, I got some news decals from Printscale (a brand fron Ukraine). They are very good, you can see an example in pic 16.

Johan van Meerloonice tailmodification btw, I have been doing some work on the models I did and doing with correcting stuff or fixing broken or missing parts. the tail looks perfect
