This is really fun and the tank is big enough I can use real tools and not just hobby tools

Album image #9
Lots of sanding and filing down scars where there were supports.

Nearly complete assembling

Album image #11
Starting with the unditching beam. I scribed wood grain in with a razor saw

Album image #16
What green should I start with?

Album image #17
Markings problem partly solved. I can use tank name Defiance leftover from my Matilda build

Possibly done. Need to think about it. I was going to mud it up but I kind of like where it’s at

A friend of mine also works with 3d printing

I am sure that it is like an addiction as soon as you start, you cannot stop. It keeps the creative cells going!

Does anyone have any ideas on where I might get decals for some interesting livery on a Mark IV Male?

This looks great, Ben. 👍
Sorry, no idea about the decals. But I think brush painting some kind of name on it may look good.

I solved the issue by using leftover decals from my Tamiya Matilda.

I like it, it is very cool to think that it came out of a 3D printer. 👍 Nicely done painting and weathering.

@WhiteGlint it is one less reason to leave the house. Plus I was in danger of building kits faster than I bought them, so this enables me to overcome that problem.
