The turret on the 234/2 is a low part count build. I had a lot of difficulty however getting the gun assembly into elevation ball. The parts were too large, so I had to do some surgery. I wasn't able to use the Aber metal barrel. It's diameter was significantly too narrow. The kit barrel was a decent one piece, so I used it. 

The suspension system on all these vehicles all have a large number of parts. It goes together well if you just work through it. This suspension/hull lower is from my current 234/2 build. 

Assembly complete and ready for painting. 

Basecoat of Real Colors RC060 Dunkelgelb. These are really great paints. 

Camo stripes of RC047 Olivgrun and RC068 Rotbraun.
