Daniel KlinkWelcome Patryk..jm ok just did a bit dryfit with the Ki.28 and have to say..
"life is too short for bad kits" ..grhmpf but it is the only way to build one in this scale despite scratching completely.. The material is also so thick and brittle...
And with the Ki.60 the problem is that all PE-Parts are wrong numbered in the construction sheets.I should have looked at it before...
Perhaps the A5M2b or the KA-14 first?? 🙂

You were righ wih the Montex masks.
They are really a bit of a mess as i feared with the rests of glue on the cleaparts but it was ok.
The decals were a real challeng to me but it it looks quiet ok for me.

James CVery nice work and a bloody tricky paint scheme as well. You've pulled it off nicely with this build... and especially in 1/72 scale. I tried a similar scheme in 1/35 on my Ferdinand. Doesn't look as good as this. 👍

Thanks mates, the decals came with the kit in a special edition by fujimi, and were to my surprise not that tricky as usual by this manufactur.
You will need a fair amount of softener of course .

@spanjaard yes it is one of those simple Picture frames, from Ikea for example.
I only added a customized piece of styrodur and fixed it on the backwall.
I really like this kind of frames because there are thick and stable.

Boris BI think I will start my ki-55 trainer. I'm not sure about the interior color of these airplanes. Is your dark grey accurate or did you not worry too much about it ?
Also,I can't seem to find any picture/sketches of the interior. Do you know of any ?

I did not care bout te correct coloring for the that exactly reason of missing original pictures of the interior.
Some sources spoke of a kind of Indigo grey interior for the Tachikawa education Aircraft.
so i took this one.
