3X2

On July 17th, 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was shot down over eastern Ukraine. All 283 passengers and 15 crew on board the Boeing 777 were killed after being struck with a Surface-to-Air missile. Subsequent investigations by organizations like Bellingcat and the Dutch Safety Board's Joint Investigation Team found that the missile that brought down MH17 was from a Russian 9K37M1 BUK (SA-11 Gadfly) of the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade that had been transported into a pro-Russian separatist-held area of Donetsk.

I will be building a rendition of the BUK known as "3x2" by the Bellingcat Investigation Team who were able to track the identity using key details found in pictures obtained using Open Source Intel.
