Took this to a show yesterday 10-14-23 and won peoples choice from the club table! How do you like that! There must have been 75 cars to choose from. That was very surprising.

Nice work! I have 2 of this kit so I can do Hemified and a stock version also.

Nice progress! I'm building this one up as well. I'd totally build it again with all the options they give you!! Loving your Hemified version

Good job Kenneth! Curious to know if you have noticed any difference in the paint, with your shading technique? It's hard to tell from the pictures? I guess it's down to the light, or maybe the flash, from the camera?

This is beauty ! Nothing like classic American Muscle ! Might I recommend some Micro set, it will take the winkles and folds out of the decal on the air filter, the stuff is a god send if your unfamiliar with it !

Micro Set (Microscale MI-1, No)

I saw no difference in the color between the black and gray primer. Maybe it would have done something with a brighter color like yellow. I did use Microset, I think I threw the clear on too thick.

Album info

I saw this in Hobby Lobby the other day and loved the look of the drag version. With it being a 40% week for models I grabbed it, immediately noticing how heavy it was compared to other kits. After opening it I realized this kit is a huge contributor to the spare parts bin.
