Masking for the Gold Leaf(Tamiya X-12)

Have to cobble something suitable from this decalset as it is the only one that might scale correctly to a 1/390 Jumbo
Most of the decal patching seems to work out on the Jumbo, a few minor touchups. I'm happy with the result.
The final decals are on and it all seems to have fitted together to produce something like I was hoping for
Also had done a very straight forward Tu-144 in similar scale
Thats the end of this grand Jumbo, they will be missed..

My First 747 Jumbo flight 1989 SYD-LAX. Decal Sheet will provide the Continental 'Meatball' tailplane logo and maybe some of the triple colour band along the length of the fuselage, except the Gold which will be painted on.
