SkyhikerThe air intake on this kit needs to be rebuilt. It's not too difficult. Worse is the flash on the nose cone. Mine was a blob of plastic that needed to be filed down to shape.

Johne 69Thank you for your tip Skyhiker 👍 but when i start to correct the mistakes of this kit where does it end ? How did you rebuilt the air intake at your kit ?

SkyhikerIt's been awhile since I finished this kit. I think what I did was separate part of the top half and put a styrene sheet in there. Here is a photo: P-51 D Mustang | Album by Skyhiker (1:72)
