not sure if they is, but, why not export with a filter and without it? for example with one specific scale.
now that I think I about it, the limit is not in the export but in what the page can show. it shows a max number of item (probably to avoid excessive load in the server), so maybe export is affected by that.

with the two exports, you can combine easily into one with all the data.

maybe a few exports, 1/72 kits, rest of kits and Book paints and utensils, and them combine

Export doesn't work like that Spanjaard, it's "supposed" to export all your stash irrespective of any filters you set, but it appears there's a ceiling at 5000 items...

actually you are totally right. it is not possible to export by group, sorry. I think the limit is similar to the one to see many results. if you try to see your complete stash, you can not see it all, when you keep browsing down, you get the message :
Maximum of 3000 search results retrieved, please be more specific

I would suggest to ask it to changed (or be able to export in parts) in "Feature request".
