Tain't the machine tis' the pilot. A dismal failure as a fighter elsewhere, but in the hands of Finnish pilots it achieved a 67.5: 1 kill ratio (1941) and 26:1 (1941, Winter War and Continuation War with Russia). Ilmari Juutilainen, 1/3 of his 94 kills in a Buffalo.
