This one will be built mostly out "out of box" with aftermarket tool clamps and a little scratch building.

I've looked inside and it seems more like a Cyberhobby kit than a true Dragon kit. individual track links (not magic). And a small fret of photo-etch.

Yikes M.J.! I just looked at your stash! Is there any kit you DON'T have? 😛

A fun kit to build... But take care of the upper and lower hull assembly: I had quite a gap at the rear...
Have fun

Thanks for the warning Lionel.
I'm about to start the assembly of the tracks and WOW what a disappointment. The flash and ejector marks I can live with. But the deformed or broken links are unacceptable. I'm worried about having enough good links to complete the tracks. Bad Dragon! Bad!

That's disturbing. It's a pretty old kit so would be a little less refined than their newer stuff - although my tracks were ok (with the exception of the usual 90's era ejector marks). Better get dug in my friend!😉

Yeah. I was hoping for a quick and easy build. Story of my life. Well, if I can't make them look decent I can always cover them with mud!

In fact, I never considered using the kit tracks...
Maybe that's why I found the build to be fun!
