Started sometimes during the winter 2013/2014. I mostly build tanks, but deep in my hart I also like ships. So I decided to give the Trumpeter Prinz Eugen a try. Compared to my old Tamyia Tirpitz the detail is stunning.

Looking good so far. I'm like you Ingmar,mainly build tanks and planes but fancy having a go at a ship. As they say "variety is the spice of life"🙂

Thx. A ship is quiet different from a tank. So many details, railings etc. in one project. Will keep you posted on my progress.

Na da wünsche ich dir viel Erfolg Ingmar. Habe mir jetzt nach 25 Jahren auch mal wieder ein Schiff zugelegt, allerdings 1:700. Das werde ich nächstes Jahr anfangen , mit dem Ziel es 2016 zum 100 jährigen Jubiläum der Skagerakschlacht fertigzustellen
