In the end, I’m kinda mad about this kit…
First of all - the quality of the kit itself. Some pretty crucial parts really didn’t go together very well - engine cover and wing flaps in particular.
And another huge letdown were the colors. I’m using just a brush for my models. I tried Mission Models Paint for the first time here and they SUCK. Big time. It was an awful experience. Might be different for airbrushing, but using just a brush was super painful. Colors are very thin, I had to do like 5 layers. And in the end, when I was applying decals, the excess water totally destroyed the paint job. So yeah…
