Dave Deal, the Californian cartoonist, creator of Deal's Wheels, was born with a pen in one hand and a steering wheel in the other. His career as an accomplished professional artist has been paralleled by his intense involvement with authomobiles . . . as an owner of no less than 5 cars . . . as a race driver (Dave has competed in the Baja 500 and Mexican 1000 Races) . . . and as a classic car restorer and builder of model kits. Now this experience has been put to good use in the cartoons on the model box and the Deal's Wheels model kit inside the box.
