The construction of this tank is fun pure. Until no all parts fit very well. No putty is needed. The next step is the assembling of the tracks.

I hope you'll have fun till the end with the kit of this tank, who arrived too late for WW1 and was too old for WW2...

Looks good so far, I will follow this build, highly interested in these Meng kits.
Any missing parts or was everything included?

@Frank - Thx, the tank is really a monster...
@ --- After attaching the PEs and the MGs the Char will become a first layer of grey primer.

Jetzt muss nur noch jemand die Decals für die restlichen 7 Char rausbringen, dann kann man alle 10 bauen... 😉 😉 😉 Zeit für 'ne Riesenvitrine...

thx a lot mates.
Actually I stopped. For the finish, pinwash and so on I need some comfortable hours. This will take time.

Hi Augie, hi mates - thx a lot for your nice comments. Sorry for the late answer, but today we exhibit in a little event in Leipheim. (Was possible to look at SCM, but could not write...) Meet some mates and spent some nice hours with them.
-- And as I wrote in the introduction this is a very good kit. One of the best kits I've ever held in my hands. Not cheap - but it's worth. 😉🙂
New pics will be uploaded after my "comfortable hours" but this may take some time.
And Frank, you can nearly copy what you want... 🙂

Album info

Infected by Haralds Char at Wangerooge this kit was a must have for me. 🙂
The parts are really sharp, no flash no ejector sets. The kit is for me comparable to kits like Tamiya ones.
The suspension is really a little bit simple and shows not all details, but fortunalelly the suspension could hide under the skirts. (Many pics show this fact.)
I decided to build the No. 97, straight from the box. I only mixed the assemly steps for an easier assemly.
